Charlotta Eriksson

Charlotta is a Senior Manager, Business Consultant at Aetna (a CVS Health company), one of the nation’s leading diversified health care benefits companies. As part of Aetna’s Value-Based Solutions (VBS) Development team, she selects, negotiates, and implements value-based care (VBC) contracts with national provider partners. She also leads the enterprise strategy for the Hospital at Home care model, focusing on scalability, transition to risk-based contracting, and expansion to all lines of business. Prior to joining Aetna, Charlotta was a Quality Manager and Project Manager at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, with responsibility for directing all aspects of the Heart Center’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. She previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Health Management Associates (HMA), an independent, national research and consulting firm specializing in publicly funded healthcare and human services policy, programs, financing, and evaluation. Charlotta received her MHA from Georgia Southern University and her BA from Emory University. She currently lives in Idaho with her boyfriend and labradoodle.
