Carolyn Zhou is a first-year MBA Candidate at The Wharton School in the Health Care Management program. At Wharton, Carolyn serves as an Investment Partner on the MBA Fund, a $10M seed-stage fund focused on entrepreneurs from Wharton. Most recently, Carolyn was Chief of Staff to the CEO at Tomorrow Health, a Series B healthtech startup transforming home-based care. In this role, she oversaw OKRs, investor and board relations, internal communications, and strategic initiatives, deepening her passion for technology’s role in improving patient outcomes and advancing value-based care. Prior to Tomorrow Health, Carolyn worked on EQT’s US buyout team, where she invested in technology firms across industries, from fintech to Hollywood. Earlier in her career, Carolyn started at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group, advising national insurance companies on M&A and capital strategies. Carolyn earned her BA in Economics from Dartmouth College. Outside of work, she enjoys hot yoga, skiing, and competitive board games.
