Caroline combines her experience in finance, business development, and strategy on both the payor and provider aspects of the industry to drive positive impact and improve health care outcomes for the communities of North Carolina and beyond. She currently serves as a Senior Strategic Advisor in Care Delivery Services within Blue Cross NC’s Diversified Business Group. She enables innovative care delivery partnerships and collaboration initiatives between Blue Cross NC and Alo Solutions, a Blue Cross NC joint venture that works to expand consumer access to affordable, high-quality care via the support and advancement of independent primary care. Prior to her current role, Caroline spent two years as a business development manager supporting the growth of the UNC Physicians Network, where she specialized in complex specialty group acquisitions. Caroline earned a B.A. in Biology from the University of Virginia and holds a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
