Before joining Flare Capital, Caroline was the Investor Relations Manager at RA Capital Management, where she managed fundraising processes and communications with a global base of limited partners across the firm’s hedge fund and venture strategies. Prior to that, she worked in Corporate Development at Relay Therapeutics, partnering closely with the executive team to drive investor messaging and corporate communications.
Caroline spent several years in investor relations at Bain Capital, where she held roles in both the high-net-worth and capital markets businesses, leading initiatives across multiple fundraises firmwide. She also collaborated with portfolio managers and senior leadership on marketing strategy and investor events across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Caroline began her career at Cambridge Associates, advising private clients on portfolio construction and alternative investment allocations.
She is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she was named to the Dean’s List of Distinguished Students.
Outside of the office, Caroline is a lifelong equestrian who also enjoys skiing, playing pickleball, and diving into a good book.
