Caleb Zalaznick 

Caleb is a Senior Associate on the CVS Health Ventures team, supporting Market Development. In his role, Caleb leads a cross-enterprise initiative to engagement with Business Unit Leadership, align on key priorities, support investment diligence, and generate strategic insights. Caleb is a founding member of the CVS Health Ventures team, where he helped develop the CVS Health Ventures fund structure and capital deployment strategy including the team’s approach to LP and growth equity investments. Additionally, he has led three of the team’s early growth equity investments in companies operating across LTSS value-based care, behavioral health, and chronic kidney disease. Prior to the launch of CVS Health Ventures, he was on the Enterprise Business Development Team, where he supported evaluation and execution of cross-enterprise strategic partnerships in thematic areas including SDOH, biosimilars, COVID-19 testing. Caleb began his career at 23&Me, supporting the Corporate & Business Development team to expand their clinical trials business and evaluate potential partnership opportunities. Caleb attended McGill University where he obtained his B.Sc. in Biochemistry. Caleb lives in San Francisco and enjoys traveling, cooking, and any sport that involves a board and water either in liquid or solid form.
