Bryan Koch is a seasoned M&A professional and Director of Corporate Development at Florida Blue, where he contributes to the company’s M&A and strategic investments efforts. With a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including oil and gas, managed care, and pharmacy, Bryan brings a unique perspective to his role. His expertise includes managing private equity and minority investments, as well as sourcing and evaluating venture capital opportunities.
Prior to joining Florida Blue, Bryan spent five years in Corporate Development at Walgreens, focusing on U.S. healthcare and international retail pharmacy M&A initiatives. He also has experience in investment banking and public accounting, having worked at PwC. Bryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University, as well as an MBA from Cornell University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
