Ben Kill is an Administrative Fellow at Allina Health, where he focuses on enhancing daily operations and developing strategic initiatives within the healthcare services industry. He has a diverse background in healthcare operations, with experience spanning academic medicine, hospitals, private practice, and community healthcare settings. Ben is passionate about enhancing the patient experience through strategic problem-solving methods and fostering collaboration within interprofessional teams.
Before joining Allina Health, Ben received his MHA from the University of Minnesota. He also holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Denver. As a Minnesota native, he enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring the land of 10,000 lakes.
