Austin Rodgers

Austin Rodgers is a Corporate Development Director at AdventHealth. In his role, he is involved in all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnership transactions, with a special focus on up-front business case development and financial modeling. Austin is also actively involved in investment sourcing and evaluation for AdventHealth’s strategic investments portfolio, consisting of healthcare-focused venture capital funds and direct investments in innovative companies that align with AdventHealth’s areas of strategic focus. Finally, he takes part in sourcing and evaluating health tech solutions that have the potential to drive value within AdventHealth and supporting various de novo strategic business planning initiatives in areas including home-based care, value-based care, and more. Prior to joining AdventHealth, Austin was an Investment Banking Analyst in Goldman Sachs’ Public Sector and Infrastructure group, working on debt and derivatives transactions spanning the energy, transportation, and infrastructure sectors. Austin earned his B.B.A. from Andrews University and is pursuing his MBA from the University of Florida.
