Andrew has 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry focusing on operations, policy, analytics and customer experience. Andrew currently works at CVS Health on Enterprise Customer Experience where he leads a team responsible for developing measurement, analyzing feedback, and driving CX strategic roadmap. Recently, Andrew’s role expanded to include incorporating artificial intelligence and other fringe technologies into the customer experience healthcare space.
Andrew received a bachelor’s degree in economics & political science from the University of Rhode Island, and he is pursuing an MBA with a specialization in finance. In his free time, he enjoys playing music and outdoor activities.
