Andrew is a Tech, Strategy, and Innovation Manager under Amgen’s newly formed Chief Technology Office. He is responsible for driving strategic partnerships across the company and serves on the digital solutions team incubating new ideas and internal builds delivering scalable, impactful outcomes. Andrew brings 10 years of healthcare experience with a strong background in digital health, life sciences partnerships, and business strategy.
Before joining Amgen, Andrew was a Technology and Ventures Consultant at Bayer where he worked on venture design strategy in nutrition and cardiometabolic disease. His work on market research, patient journey mapping, and market strategy supported the acquisitions of Care/of in personalized nutrition and OneDrop, an integrated cardiometabolic care platform. In 2020, he helped lead Bayer’s G4A Accelerator Program scouting early stage startups for investment and later stage companies for partnership opportunities within the commercial pharma business unit.
Andrew lives in Austin, Texas and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in International Affairs. You can find him outside running, backpacking in the mountains, enjoying live music, or watching baseball.
