Alyssa Stapper

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute

Alyssa is a Senior Manager at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) in Boston, MA where she leads new venture creation in addition to commercialization strategies for tech-enabled clinical products and services. In this role, she collaborates with DFCI leadership and clinical partners to develop innovative business models, guide early-stage startup development, and manage strategic industry partnerships. Alyssa has gained insights into oncology market strategies, value-based care models, payor partnerships, clinical decision support, and provider collaborations. She is passionate about driving the advancement of preventative medicine and empowering entrepreneurs to launch and scale impactful digital health ventures. Alyssa began her career at DFCI as an Administrative Fellow where she worked closely with the executive team to drive priority growth initiatives and implement new organizational structures. She continues to support DFCI’s C-suite in fostering innovation in cancer care, including the planning for the institute’s collaboration with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Syracuse University and a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Cornell University. Originally from Connecticut, she enjoys playing tennis and exploring new restaurants in Boston in her free time.
