In her role as Positive Development’s Chief People Officer, Alissa Lash leads all aspects of strategy for people operations, including managing the processes related to building an exceptional team and optimizing organizational culture, diversity, inclusion, and growth.
Alissa has 25 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, working with a variety of companies and holding diverse roles. Over the past 10 years, she has been increasingly focused on finding, attracting, and retaining talented teams at early stage, high-growth companies.
Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Talent and Growth for a small healthcare consulting firm working on the payer side of the industry. Prior to that, Alissa was involved in executive search and worked in consulting at Evolent Health and McKinsey. She has a BA from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania. The combination of an intriguing business model and a talent challenge, along with a deeply important and worthy mission is what brought Alissa to Positive Development.
