Aadhar is Vice President, Strategy and Growth, at Medable and is responsible for developing corporate and growth strategy, structuring value at scale for customers and partners, and helping drive market development and positioning.
Prior to joining Medable, Aadhar was a Director at Accenture Strategy, focused on organic growth and M&A across Life Sciences, Healthcare Provider, Healthcare Payer, High Technology, and Digital Platform businesses. Aadhar began his career in clinical science at Bristol Myers Squibb, leading clinical research planning and execution for immuno-oncology assets, including Opdivo® and Yervoy®.
Aadhar is a licensed pharmacist (RPh) with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg School of Management.
