The healthcare labor crunch is disrupting care delivery across a multitude of settings. In session nine of our Flare Capital Partners Expert Roundtable Series, we led a series of fireside chats and panel discussions that provided insights and tactical tips on how to mitigate labor shortages. We heard from senior leaders about the critical role allied healthcare workers play in extending team-based care, how technology can improve the clinician experience of care by reinforcing empathy and how creating flexible career pathways can improve retention.

In session eight of our Flare Capital Partners Expert Roundtable Series, we led a series of fireside chats and panel discussions that provided insights and tactical tips. We heard from senior lenders about recent capital market trends and their insights, discussed the metrics that grow-stage investors are looking for from startups, and learned from entrepreneurs who built sector-defining digital health companies on how they navigated a turbulent capital market.

For part seven of our Flare Capital Partners Expert Roundtable Series, we explore the path to value-based care of behavioral health. Through a series of fireside chats and panel discussions, we spent time learning about the challenges our speakers face as they build solutions to increase access to care for broad populations, as well as deep and specific solutions for patient populations that are underserved today. We also unpack the access and quality equation, designing solutions specifically for adolescents and teens, and the increasing specialization of condition-specific solutions.

In part six of Flare Capital Partners Expert Roundtable Series, we focused on the future of specialty care. Our guest speakers have unique experiences and valuable perspectives on the topic, as these leaders are building solutions in the space and evaluating vendors as potential partners or acquisition targets. Through a series of fireside chats, we learned about each of their journeys and unpacked employer buying behavior, tactical strategies around member acquisition, the balance of virtual and in-person models, and the impacts on payment model innovation.

Each of our speakers have successfully raised different stages of capital from leading investors. Through a series of fireside chats, we spent time learning about each of their fundraising journeys, how entrepreneurs and investors think about valuations and the impact of capital markets on fundraising.
