Flare Capital Partners offers a unique opportunity for interested candidates to gain exposure to venture capital and healthcare technology through its Flare Capital Scholars Program.
While engaged in a full-time job or academic program, Flare Capital Scholars supplement their professional development through structured interactions with the Flare Capital investment team. The overarching goal of our Scholars program is to build a community of promising and diverse young executives who are passionate about the transformation of healthcare through technology.
Scholars will engage with the Flare Capital investment team to increase familiarity with various aspects of the venture capital world. These include, but are not limited to, understanding the fundamentals of deal sourcing, participating in due diligence on investment opportunities, and supporting new and existing portfolio companies. Scholars will also have the opportunity to engage with the broader Flare Capital network at various social and networking events throughout the year.
