Brandon Seibold serves as Chief Growth Officer and Treasurer for Adventist Health, where he provides executive leadership for the organization’s growth strategy and systemwide financial stewardship. In this role, he oversees enterprise finance functions including treasury, investments, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analytics, capital allocation, long-range planning, and budgeting. He also leads strategic oversight of real estate strategy, energy sustainability, and risk and insurance financing, supporting the long-term strength and resilience of Adventist Health—a $7.5 billion faith-based, nonprofit integrated health system serving more than 80 communities across the West Coast and Hawaii.
Prior to his current role, Brandon served as Senior Finance Officer and Treasurer and has held progressively responsible leadership positions across financial planning and analysis and performance management since joining Adventist Health in 2011. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ernst & Young in the assurance practice, supporting publicly traded Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) clients.
Brandon is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting.
