Aaron Sacks is an Associate Director of Strategy & Partnerships at UnitedHealth Group, where he primarily focuses on early-stage, partnership-led strategy. This work centers on bringing innovation into UHG through engagement with capital allocators and startups, including commercial partnerships, investments, and founder collaboration.
His broader scope includes partnering with business unit leaders and external stakeholders to advance strategies on topics such as clinical AI and healthcare finance transformation. He also leads a strategic partnership with one of UHG’s big tech partners, working across both organizations to move complex initiatives forward.
Prior to UnitedHealth Group, Aaron was Regional Director of Sales at Headspace, advising C-suite leaders on enterprise mental health strategy while driving growth across Headspace’s core offerings.
Aaron holds a BS from Tulane University and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
