Mary Dinnean

Mary is a first-year MBA student at Boston University Questrom School of Business and a Manager of Digital Product Strategy at Aetna where she works to advance the digital experience for commercially insured members. Mary is passionate about sourcing, funding, and scaling health technology to improve care delivery across the healthcare ecosystem. Previously, she worked in Corporate Strategy and Digital Product Innovation at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, leading product design and go-to-market execution of virtual care solutions spanning women’s health, fertility, behavioral health, and diabetes. Mary also worked for Elevance Health scaling enterprise-wide savings strategies that reduced care costs for 32 million commercial members. She began her career at Boston Children’s Hospital, building national partnerships, supporting telehealth expansion, and advising leadership on inorganic growth initiatives. While there, she also supported biomedical ventures through the Technology Innovation & Development Office. More recently, Mary served as an Angel Investing Analyst with the Atlanta Technology Angels, conducting diligence on pre-seed startups. Mary holds a BA in Public Health and Psychology from Roger Williams University and an MPH from Boston University. In her spare time, you can find her lifting, cycling, or cooking new recipes.
