Madeline Chaillet

University of Virginia Darden School of Business

Madeline is a second-year MBA student at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business focused on improving healthcare delivery infrastructure to expand access and affordability. She currently works with UVA Health’s primary care clinics supporting their transition to alternative payment models and identifying operational levers to improve clinic performance and sustainability. Last summer, Madeline interned with UnitedHealth Group, helping kick off Optum Health’s AI strategy development by integrating AI solutions into backend care-delivery operations. Prior to Darden, Madeline advised federal healthcare clients at Accenture, including evaluating the NIH Clinical Center’s $800M+ budget to optimize funding strategy, control costs, and improve operations. She also worked with hospital and health system executives at Advisory Board on system integration, primary care strategy, and health equity. Madeline holds a B.A. from UVA’s Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy and enjoys cheering on the Hoos, attending concerts, and trying new recipes.
