Beyond events, Kendall also plays a key role in stewarding the Flare Scholars Program, a community of emerging healthcare leaders spanning hundreds of current and alumni Flare Scholars.
Before joining Flare Capital Partners, Kendall served as Events and Operations Manager at Pillar VC, where she ran 50+ events annually ranging from curated founder dinners to multi-day summits, while also overseeing firm operations and logistics. Earlier in her career, she held roles in People Operations at DraftKings and Recruiting at LogRocket.
Kendall earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers and Golden State Warriors.
