Prior to joining Flare Capital, Pam was a Finance Manager at Summit Partners, where she managed financial reporting and operations for a range of private equity and venture capital funds. Earlier in her career, she spent eight years at KPMG in Boston, advancing to Audit Senior Manager and leading audits for major private equity, venture capital, and hedge fund clients.
Pamela is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Information Systems with a minor in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management.
