Arjun is a first-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. His interests lie at the intersection of payment, technology, and policy in achieving more from what the US healthcare system spends annually.
Prior to business school, Arjun served at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), where he led the ACO REACH model and was responsible for policy, operations, and external relations for a program covering 2.6M Medicare beneficiaries $40 billion in healthcare expenditures. He spent particular time designing incentives for coverage of underserved populations, collaborating with physician leaders and economists for sustainable cost growth, and helping build broader consensus for value-based healthcare reform. He also advised on initiatives for the Medicare Shared Savings Program as well as on nephrology, oncology, and multi-payer payment models.
Prior to CMMI, Arjun was a consultant at McKinsey and Company in New York. He primarily served health systems and physician groups, helping such organizations build strategies, investments, and capabilities to advance patient-centered care under delegated risk contracts. He was also a Fellow at McKinsey’s Center for US Health System Reform.
Arjun received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business as well as a Minor in History.
