Matthew is a Senior Manager on the Corporate Development team at Fresenius Medical Care, a leading provider of dialysis services and renal care products. He is responsible for strategic sourcing, financial modeling, contract negotiations, due diligence, and integration for M&A activities, while also contributing to the development and implementation of organic growth initiatives across the organization’s business segments. Matthew has broad experience across several industries, including pharmacy, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and equipment, physician practices, and outpatient labs and ambulatory surgery centers. Prior to this role, he supported outpatient cardiology acquisitions and de novo development at National Cardiovascular Partners (previously a subsidiary of Fresenius Medical Care). Matthew holds a BBA in Finance and Financial Markets from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
