Amna is a Principal Associate on Medtronic’s Corporate Development team. In this role, Amna supports deal flow across all of Medtronic’s business units and strategic priorities. To date, her core experiences have included evaluating investment and acquisition opportunities within the areas of structural heart, vascular technologies, and neuromodulation.
Prior to joining Medtronic, Amna worked at Valencia Technologies, a startup developing an implantable neurostimulator in the Pelvic Health space, focusing on Clinical, Regulatory, BD, and Strategy.
Amna Holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, an MS in Biotechnology and Life Sciences from Harvard University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
