Alissa has 25 yearsā experience in the healthcare industry, working with a variety of companies and holding diverse roles. Over the past 10 years, she has been increasingly focused on finding, attracting,āÆand retaining talented teams at early stage, high-growth companies.āÆāÆĀ
Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Talent and Growth for a small healthcare consulting firm working on the payer side of the industry.āÆPrior to that, Alissa was involved in executive search and worked in consulting atāÆEvolent Health and McKinsey.āÆShe has a BA from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.āÆThe combination of an intriguing business model and a talent challenge, along with a deeply important and worthy mission is what brought Alissa to Positive Development.Ā
